A more environmentally-friendly hotel
This project consisted of creating a SUITEHOTEL hotel for the Accor Group in Issy-les-Moulineaux, within the Forum Seine planned development zone at the crossroads of Rue Camille Desmoulins and Rue Rouget de Lisle, close to public transport (trains, tram and bus). The three-star "plus" hotel will comprise 128 suites in a 10-storey building, with 17 underground parking spaces, in addition to a 300 sqm restaurant.
